Join us for a special event to celebrate the launch of the printed publication Root Words: An anthology of arts writing on New Brunswick artists, Vol 1, networking events, and more!
Programming will start in the late morning and run all day. (The schedule will be released at a later date)
📚 Root Words: An anthology of arts writing on New Brunswick artists, Vol 1 is a fresh book bringing together a collection of 19 new texts by writers who centre and contextualize New Brunswick art practices. Hard copies of the publication will be available at the event, and a selection of the project’s writers and artists will be present to chat about their work.
Sunday, October 19th:
- ArtsLink NB’s Annual General Meeting with brunch, registration 10 am at Saint John Arts Centre
- A series of professional arts workshops in a range of disciplines to choose from, some relating to creative practice, others more entrepreneurial in scope.
